In these Terms, “RUVEÉ”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jagdesh Dhir, sole proprietor trading as RUVEÉ. “You”, “your” and “customer” refer to any visitor, account holder or purchaser using the website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Electronic Record
These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature.
2. Eligibility

3. About RUVEÉ
RUVEÉ is an independent fragrance brand offering perfumes, fragrance sample sets, gift products and related items under the RUVEÉ name.
RUVEÉ is responsible for the RUVEÉ products sold directly through www.myruvee.com, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as creating an association, endorsement or commercial relationship between RUVEÉ and another business unless expressly stated.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding:
-
Product names.
-
Fragrance notes and characteristics.
-
Concentration.
-
Net quantity.
-
Ingredients and safety information.
-
Prices.
-
Availability.
-
Bottle and packaging details.
Fragrance perception is subjective. Development, projection and longevity can vary according to skin chemistry, climate, humidity, application, storage and individual perception.
Product colours, packaging and liquid appearance may appear differently because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s identity, quantity, safety or intended use will not constitute a defect.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious, unsafe or materially different from the product advertised or ordered.
5. Product Images and Packaging
We try to ensure that product images accurately represent the products offered.
Some images may be professionally enhanced, digitally created or presented for illustrative purposes. Actual lighting, colour, packaging placement and visual appearance may vary.
We may update bottle, label or packaging designs from time to time. Such updates will not materially reduce the quantity, essential quality or intended function of the product.
A materially different, incorrect or misrepresented product will be handled according to applicable consumer law and our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation only confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is considered accepted when we confirm dispatch or shipment, unless expressly accepted earlier.
We may reject, limit or cancel an order before dispatch because of:
-
Product unavailability.
-
Incorrect pricing or product information.
-
Payment failure.
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
-
Delivery restrictions.
-
Incorrect customer information.
-
Unusually large quantities or suspected unauthorized resale.
-
A technical, system or operational error.
-
A violation of these Terms.
If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount collected for the cancelled products will be refunded through the original payment method or another lawful method.
7. Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete:
-
Name.
-
Email address.
-
Mobile number.
-
Delivery address.
-
Billing address, where applicable.
-
PIN code.
-
Payment information.
RUVEÉ is not responsible for a failed or delayed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Contact support@myruvee.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible after an order has been processed or dispatched.
8. Prices, Taxes and Charges
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts and other compulsory charges will be displayed during the purchase process. The final amount payable will be shown before the order is submitted.
We may change product prices prospectively. A price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where the displayed price resulted from an obvious typographical, technical or system error.
If an order is cancelled because of a pricing error, any payment received will be refunded.
9. Payments
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. RUVEÉ does not ordinarily receive or store complete card numbers, CVV details, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
An order may be delayed or cancelled if:
-
Payment is not received.
-
Payment authorization fails.
-
The transaction is flagged for security review.
-
The payment provider cannot confirm the transaction.
RUVEÉ is not responsible for an independent payment provider’s systems, but we will reasonably assist with payment-related order enquiries.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes:
-
Apply only during the stated validity period.
-
May have minimum-purchase or product requirements.
-
May exclude specified products.
-
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
May not be combined unless expressly allowed.
-
May be limited to one use per customer, household, email address, mobile number or order.
-
May be withdrawn or corrected if published in error, subject to applicable law.
Additional conditions displayed with an offer form part of these Terms.
We may cancel an order or remove a discount where a promotion has been used fraudulently or contrary to its published conditions.
11. Shipping and Delivery
RUVEÉ currently delivers within India unless otherwise stated.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:
-
Courier availability.
-
Delivery-location serviceability.
-
Incorrect address information.
-
Customer unavailability.
-
Weather conditions.
-
Public holidays.
-
Government restrictions.

12. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If a product is damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect or missing, contact support@myruvee.com within 48 hours of delivery where reasonably possible.
Please provide:
-
Your order number.
-
A description of the problem.
-
Clear photographs of the product.
-
Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.
-
An unboxing video, if available.
-
Any other reasonably available evidence.
An unboxing video can assist an investigation but will not be the sole reason for rejecting an otherwise valid and adequately supported complaint.
The requested 48-hour reporting period assists us in investigating courier and fulfilment issues. It does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
13. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Because perfume is a personal and consumable product, RUVEÉ does not ordinarily accept change-of-mind returns after delivery.
A return, exchange or refund will not ordinarily be provided solely because:
-
You changed your mind.
-
You do not personally like the fragrance.
-
The fragrance develops differently on your skin.
-
Projection or longevity differs from personal expectations.
-
You selected the incorrect product or quantity.
-
Minor packaging variations are present.
This restriction does not apply where a product is:
-
Damaged.
-
Defective or deficient upon arrival.
-
Incorrect.
-
Missing from the delivered order.
-
Spurious.
-
Unsafe.
-
Materially different from its advertised characteristics.
-
Delivered late in circumstances where a return or refund is legally required.
Late-delivery remedies may not apply where the delay was caused by force majeure or another exception recognized by law.
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Product Safety and Proper Use
RUVEÉ perfumes are intended for external use only.
Customers should:
-
Read the product label before use.
-
Follow all directions and warnings.
-
Conduct a patch test before regular use, particularly if they have sensitive skin or known allergies.
-
Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin.
-
Keep perfume away from flames, sparks, heat and direct sunlight.
-
Keep products out of reach of children and pets.
-
Never ingest perfume.
-
Stop using the product if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
-
Obtain appropriate medical advice if a reaction is severe or persistent.
RUVEÉ is not responsible for harm caused solely by deliberate misuse, improper storage or use contrary to clearly provided instructions.
This provision does not limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

-
Providing accurate information.
-
Keeping your information current.
-
Protecting your password and login credentials.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, security risk or a material breach of these Terms.
16. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:
-
You created the content or have permission to submit it.
-

-
The content is not false, misleading or deceptive.
-
It does not violate another person’s rights.

It does not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening or harmful material.

The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is processed, how it may be shared, how long it is retained and how you may exercise your rights.
21. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate, secure and available website.
However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.
